Tennessee Farmers Cooperative 4-H and FFA Calendar Photo Contest 


Tennessee Farmers Cooperative (TFC) proudly announces the first calendar contest for Tennessee FFA and 4-H members. TFC is looking for images that will be used in the 80th anniversary 2025 calendar for Tennessee Farmers Cooperative. As our calendars go to print early, photos are due on April 30. Calendars will be available at local Co-ops in the Fall of 2024.

- The contest is open to all current members of 4-H and FFA

- Participants must be actively enrolled in a 4-H club or FFA chapter.







- Participants can submit up to three high-resolution photos each.

- Photos must be related to agricultural or 4-H/FFA activities. Landscape images will be acceptable as well.

- Submissions should be in digital format (JPEG or PNG) and emailed to Claire Hill at (chill@ourcoop.com).

- Files must be 300 DPI and at least 1MB.

- Participants must include their local Co-op, name, address, age, and local FFA chapter or 4-H club name.

- Please submit horizontal photos.








The theme for the calendar is "Co-op: Celebrating 80 Years of Serving Farmers.”








Submissions will be categorized based on age: Junior (9-13), Intermediate (14-16), and Senior (17-18). 

There will be a first, second, and third place winner for the junior category, a first, second, and third place winner for the intermediate category,

 and a first, second, and third place winner for the senior category.

 Honorable mention winners will be chosen as well.








Entries will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the theme, composition, and overall visual appeal.









- Prizes will be awarded for the top three entries in each age category.

- First place winners will receive $100 and Co-op goody basket, second place winners will receive $50 and a Co-op goody basket, and third place winners will receive a Co-op goody basket. Honorable mention winners will be awarded a certificate. All winners names will be put into a drawing to receive a DSLR camera at a value of $400 as well.

- Winning photos will be featured prominently in the Co-op calendar for 2025 with their name, Co-op, and community listed.








The deadline for photo submissions is April 30.

Late submissions will not be considered.







Participants must have the right to submit the photos.

By submitting, participants grant Tennessee Farmers Cooperative the non-exclusive right to use the photos in the calendar and for promotional purposes.

Winning entrants also agree to sign a waiver to allow Tennessee Farmers Cooperative and its affiliates to use their photos, free of charge, for any and all printing and promotional purposes.






Winners will be notified via email by May 20.

 A press release with winning information will be posted on the website.

 East, Middle, and West Tennessee winners will have the opportunity to come to a Tennessee Farmers Cooperative distribution center for photos, prizes, and a small reception in their honor.







Tennessee Farmers Cooperative will have the exclusive right to produce and distribute the calendar.







Entries that do not comply with the rules will be disqualified.

 – Tennessee Farmers Cooperative has the right to disqualify any participant for inappropriate content or violation of copyright.
