Qualifications
Individuals interested in the career training program should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business administration, or the equivalent work experience or a combination of the two.
- Rural background or a desire to work in an agricultural field.
- Ability to work with people.
- Willingness to relocate.
- Compliance with company standards or code.
- Bondable
