TRAINING FOR THE FUTURE STARTS HERE

Training Program

The goal of TFC’s yearlong career training program is for participants to gain knowledge and experience under the direction of experienced personnel. This training is required for promotion to management and other career opportunities within the TFC organization. It includes exposure to, and performance of, duties and responsibilities in various aspects at TFC departmental and member Co-op levels as well as continuous education through classroom training, team building, and online training. Trainees will have opportunities to secure a full-time position with TFC or a member Co-op by interviewing for various openings as they become available.

Internships

College students have the opportunity to participate in a 12-week summer internship at TFC or a member cooperative. This paid internship provides both hands-on learning and classroom instruction.
