From oils and greases to problem-solving additives, the Lucas brand has become synonymous with premium-quality oil-related products. With a focus on extending the longevity of virtually any engine or piece of outdoor equipment, Lucas Oil produces more than 300 products for agriculture, everyday car care, heavy duty trucking, hot rods/classic cars, industrial, marine, motorcycle, outdoor, and racing.

Your participating Co-op store has a variety of offerings from Lucas Oil, including this week’s featured product, Lucas Semi-Synthetic 2-Cycle Oil. This high performance oil has been specifically developed to give a long, trouble-free life to gasoline-powered 2-cycle engines, such as weed eaters, leaf blowers, chain saws, and more.

Lucas Semi-Synthetic 2-Cycle Oil uses an advanced “smokeless” formula specially blended from mineral oil and synthetic oil and contains exclusive detergents and lubricants to provide a more thorough burning of fuel, resulting in more power and fewer emissions. Lucas’ ashless detergent inhibitor package minimizes spark plug fouling, pre-ignition, ring sticking and combustion chamber deposits.

Users of Lucas Semi-Synthetic can expect cleaner exhaust ports and spark plugs, less carbon buildup on the piston rings, skirts, crown and under crown areas. The product mixes well with gasolines at all temperatures, is suitable for use in air-cooled engines, meets ISO GD and JASO FD standards while exceeding API TC standards, and surpasses Mercury, Evinrude, and Johnson Motors requirements.
